Shipping + Returns
Domestic & International Shipping
Due to the size of our products, shipping can be costly. We are pleased to offer free shipping within the United States of America, but we do charge for international orders.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
It is important to us that you receive your Grand Prix Surfboards purchase as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within the next 7-10 working days and often sooner than this. Due to the size and fragile nature of our surfboards, we ensure everything is packed securely and dispatched with the appropriate courier so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.
While we can guarantee when your order is dispatched, we cannot control delivery times after that. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, we will then update you within the above time frame when the order is shipped out (within 7-10 days). Please use the general delivery times below as a guide for once you receive your shipping confirmation:
USA: 3-5 working days
International: 10-15 working days (excluding any delays due to customs
*Holidays may delay all of the above by 1-2 days
Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation to your chosen email address. When we have dispatched your goods you will receive your tracking number.
Damaged or Missing Goods
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organized at our discretion.
Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus and difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15 day return/exchange policy and the only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition and packaging. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If products were damaged upon original shipping to the customer, Grand Prix Surfboards will cover the shipping costs for the return. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
To initiate a return, please send an email using our Contact Form to let us know your order number, what item you’re returning, and why you’d like to make the return or if you'd like to make an exchange. We will then let you know how to move forward with the return.
